Angel Fire RestaurantsAngel Fire is still a small village and while there aren't as many Angel Fire restaurants as say, Taos or Santa Fe, there are still some great places to grab a bite. A warning though: There are no chain restaurants here yet. Yep. Not even a McDonald's. (We consider that a good thing, but we know that when the kids are young a quick stop at the Golden Arches can be a blessing!) So if you really need a fast food fix, make sure you pick it up in Taos before you head over the mountains.
Avalon's Cafe and BakeryAvalon's is known for their yummy cinnamon rolls, but they are more than a bakery. Whether you are looking for healthy meals, or something a little more decadent, you should be able to find something you love here.This cafe is family friendly and casual, and they've been in the Angelfire, New Mexico area for some twenty five years. Our Place CafeAll kinds of yummy dishes can be found at Our Place Cafe: breakfast, lunch or dinner. They'll even prepare meals you can take to go!They are open 7 days a week and also feature gourmet organic coffees, beer and wine. Free wi-fi is also available. The best part is the daily breakfast and lunch buffets which are half price for kids 12 and under!. (Parents love buffets, don't we?)
